Open Question: What company made my engagement ring?

So my fiance is deployed, and when he left, I didnt have a ring. He set it up so his mom surprised me with one, which he picked out and purchased online (he had it mailed to his moms). He wont tell me where he got it though. I’m just curious. It looks like this ring; http://www.kay.com/product1%7C10101%7C10001%7C-1%7C990464707%7C15051%7C15051.15057.15107 except the diamonds are all round and it has 5 little diamonds on each side, not 3. the only marks on the inside of the ring are 14kt ( i know what that means) and “ZW”. Iv searched all over online and cant find anything about that makers mark. does anyone have any clue?

please no negative comments, i’m not snooping, i’m curious. And i want to know if it has a matching band.

I want to propose to my girlfriend. I don’t make a ton of money so I cannot afford a large engagement ring. I can swing a one carat diamond (approx. $4-6,000) and have picked a setting that costs approx. $2,300.00. Is a one carat diamond acceptable these days?
